Established in 2009, Makro PCB put its assmebly facility into operation in 2018, in line with the needs of the market in the sector, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction. It serves our valued customers with its professional equipment and expert staff.
Machine 1
PCB Loader
Loader units in our SMD lines send the PCBs in their magazines to the SMD lines as needed, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted production.
Machine 2
Solder Paste
In our fully automatic solder paste machines, camera alignment, blade-pressure control, and under-sieve cleaning units are used to apply solder paste without issues. Our first line supports a maximum PCB print length of 880 mm and a sieve frame size of up to 1050 mm. Our second line supports a PCB print length of up to 1200 mm and a sieve frame size of 1500 mm.
Machine 3
Pick and Place
We can place up to 87,000 components per hour on all types of PCBs with our SMD pick-and-place machines. From 01005 chips—the smallest SMD component package—to QFP components up to 74 × 74 mm and 25 mm in height, we have full assembly capability.
Machine 4
Reflow Soldering
Our convection brazing ovens have 8 bottom-heating, 8 top-heating, and 2 cooling zones. With their support conveyors, they prevent post-baking distortions that can occur in large boards. With the temperature profiles set according to the production requirements, reliable soldering is achieved on all components on the board.
Machine 5
PCB Unloader
Unloader units stack the boards that come out of the furnace into magazines, preventing accumulation at the line output.
