Our company supplies various electronic components and printed circuit board (PCB) materials to its customers, including semiconductors, capacitors, crystals, oscillators, connectors, fuses, terminal blocks, power connectors, LEDs, OLEDs, LCD modules, and more.
SMD assembly processes
In order to meet our customers’ electronic assembly and other electronic needs, in 2018, we made the investment in our fast and reliable, fully automated, high-capacity, and precise SMD assembly line. In our SMD assembly line, both leaded and lead-free solder paste assembly processes can be performed, as well as adhesive application processes.
Our fully automated printer machine applies solder paste onto the electronic board using stencils (screens) specifically tailored for each PCB. With our Pick and Place (P&P) machines, we can perform component placement on the PCB at appropriate coordinates, angles, and heights.
