Solder Paste

In our fully automatic solder paste machines, alignment with a camera, blade pressure control and under-sieve cleaning units can be used to draw solder paste without any problems. Maximum 880mm pcb print length, up to 1050 mm sieve frame size in our machine in our 1st line, and up to 1200mm pcb print length, 1500mm sieve frame size in our machine in our 2nd line.

Pick and Place

We can string up to 87000 components per hour on all kinds of PCBs from our SMD typesetting machines. From 01005 chip, which is the smallest SMD component package, we have 74*74mm QFP dimensions and 25mm high typesetting capability.

Reflow Lehimleme

Our convection brazing ovens have 8 bottom heating, 8 top heating and 2 cooling zones. With the support conveyor they have, they prevent post-baking distortions that occur on large cards. With the temperature profiles taken according to the production, healthy soldering is obtained in all materials on the board.

Machine 5

PCB Unloader

Unloader units stack the cards that come out after the furnace into the magazines, preventing accumulation at the line output.
